Wallet creation is fast. Simply follow the link CREATE WALLET, and the platform will generate your unique 12-word recovery phrase. It is critical to write this phrase down and store it safely offline.
The recovery phrase (or 'seed phrase') is the master key to your funds. Anyone with this phrase can access and move your crypto. Auxcapit will never ask you for it. Keep it private and stored securely away from any internet connection.
In the Members Area, select the asset you wish to send and click "Send". Enter the recipient's public address and the amount. You will be prompted to confirm the transaction and the associated network fee.
Transaction confirmation time depends entirely on the blockchain network's congestion and the network fee (gas) you choose. Auxcapit processes your request instantly, but the blockchain must confirm the transfer.
For password/PIN recovery, use the Forgot Password link. If you lose access to your device, you must use your recovery phrase to restore your wallet on a new device.
We do not charge platform fees for sending or receiving crypto. However, all transactions require a small network fee (or gas) which is paid to the miners/validators on the blockchain to process your transaction.
If the asset is on a supported blockchain (e.g., Ethereum), you can manually add the token by using its contract address. This process ensures your wallet recognizes and displays the asset's balance correctly.
Yes! Your recovery phrase follows the industry-standard BIP39 protocol. You can use it to restore your funds in almost any other non-custodial wallet app, ensuring you are never locked into our service.
As a self-custody wallet, you hold the keys and accept full responsibility for their security. We provide the tools, but protecting your recovery phrase from phishing scams, malware, and loss is your responsibility.
Every transaction generates a unique Transaction ID (TxID). You can copy this TxID from your wallet history and paste it into a public blockchain explorer (like Etherscan or Blockchain.com) to view its real-time status.
You can update your personal access PIN, enable Face ID, or fingerprint authentication directly from the Security Settings section within your wallet's Members Area.
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and involve risk. While we provide the tools for secure storage, the value of the underlying assets can fluctuate significantly. We advise users to only hold what they can afford to lose.
Yes, your wallet is accessible online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any supported browser or device. Your access is only limited by your internet connection and the security of your private keys.

You do. Since this is a non-custodial wallet, you are the sole owner and manager of the private keys associated with your assets. We simply provide the user interface to interact with the blockchain.
